O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library

O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library (OSF) is the main library on the St. Paul campus.  It is the university’s largest library and houses nearly half a million items from a wide range of academic disciplines. 

With 14 study rooms, SMART Boards, recording studios, whiteboards, computing resources, and a café in a building spanning six separate floors, O’Shaughnessy-Frey is a great place to learn, study, and collaborate.

The Music & Media Collections house more than 100,000 titles in streaming audio and video, music CDs, DVDs, LPs, and VHS. Located in Room 309 on the third floor of O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library.

The Department of Special Collections provides access to more than 35,000 volumes, manuscripts, archival records, photographs, films, architectural drawings, and ephemera.
